CornerWorld Corporation ("CornerWorld," "Us," "Our" or "We") has set up the following guidelines for your ("You" or "Your") use of the cornerworld.com site (the "Site").

The function of your personalized CornerWorld account is to provide you with a customized experience every time You log into Your account. This customized experience is tailored to Your chosen preferences and allows You to review, organize, and recommend the content that is provided on the Site. Your personalized playlists will be available for other CornerWorld users to listen, view and to rate. Message boards will allow You to personally interact with other CornerWorld visitors and members. These features and services, along with future features and services are designed to provide You with the most pleasurable experience possible each and every time You log into CornerWorld.com.

By using the Site, You agree that all Your video, audio and picture reviews, playlists, ratings, and/or postings while on CornerWorld are consignment property of CornerWorld Corporation. CornerWorld reserves the right to republish any of the above-mentioned items royalty free for CornerWorld promotional purposes and will credit the material by posting Your Username. This agreement is subject to changes and modifications so remember to check back to review this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and the Member Content Agreement of CornerWorld.

Member Terms of Use Guidelines:

You agree not to attempt to set up, or actually set up, more than one (1) CornerWorld.com account per person visiting the Site.

We encourage You to provide Us with comments on any of the content, songs, videos, or pictures found on the Site. Your comments should focus on Your opinion of the content, video, song or pictures, and most importantly the reasons behind Your opinion. By including an explanation of Your opinion, You aid other CornerWorld.com users in finding and appreciating great content. We also encourage You to make comments regarding comparisons of a content, video, songs or pictures to other creators. Such comparisons will also enrich other CornerWorld.com user's experience on the Site. You will likewise benefit from the opinion and comments of others on the Site.

CornerWorld reserves the right, but does not undertake the obligation, to remove any opinions, comments, reviews and/or other postings if any of the following are violated: – Any efforts to affect ratings or influence recommendations in any way is prohibited – Single word reviews (please be descriptive) – Profanity and/or any distasteful comments – Negative comments towards other posted reviews or reviewers – Libelous or disparaging remarks about individuals including but not limited to band members – Impersonating a CornerWorld employee and/or acting as a spokesperson on CornerWorld's behalf – Information about pricing and availability or alternative ordering – Personal information such as telephone numbers, addresses, and URL's – Advertising of any form.

Please remember that well thought-out and written reviews are those that do a good job stating Your opinion, as well as the reasons behind your opinion.

Failure to abide by any or all of the above mentioned guidelines might affect the posting of Your comment, opinion or review and/or result in the suspension or termination of your CornerWorld.com account.

By accepting this agreement, You are bound by the terms listed in this agreement, the Privacy Policy, and acknowledge that any and all information provided in the registration process is true and accurate.

Eligibility

Portions of the Site, which include the Professional and Amateur Content Creator Sections, are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, some portions of the Site are not available to minors (persons who have not reached their eighteenth birthday). If You do not qualify, You are not authorized to use such portions of the Site.

Information Provided

Please be advised that any information provided to You on the Site, including, without limitation, content, video, audio, live broadcasts, photographs, playlists, community information, classified advertisements, are subject to change without notice. Accordingly, neither CornerWorld, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, related companies, partners or content providers, shall be responsible under any legal theory, tort, contract or otherwise for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Site or any information provided thereon.

Links to Other Materials

If any link is offered connecting you to a third party web site, it is as an accommodation to the respective third party site owner and without charge. Third party sites linked to and from the Site are not necessarily under the control of CornerWorld. CornerWorld shall have no responsibilities or liabilities whatsoever for the content or privacy practices of any such linked site or any link or linking programs at any time. CornerWorld neither recommends nor endorses companies (or related products or services) to or from which the Site is linked. If you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk. CornerWorld hereby disclaims any rights to trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, copyrights, patents, domain names or other intellectual property interests of third parties.

Site Technologies

CornerWorld does not provide the technologies used to build or upload music, videos or live broadcasts to its site, and therefore neither recommends nor endorses the same. Any information regarding identified technologies, their capabilities, limitations, applications, etc., should be sought directly from their manufacturers.

System Integrity

The use of any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the proper working of the Site is expressly prohibited. You may not take any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Our infrastructure.

No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or other formal business relationship between You and CornerWorld is intended or created by this Terms of Use Agreement, use of the Site, or otherwise.

Right to Terminate

CornerWorld may in its sole discretion terminate or suspend Your membership and any current activities at the Site immediately without notice to You if You breach this Terms of Use Agreement or if We are unable to verify or authenticate any information You provide to us. CornerWorld reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service to any user at any time. You may remove your content from the CornerWorld website at any time. CornerWorld will agree to remove your work from its website and affiliate websites within a (180) day period from the time you remove your content.

Disclaimer

YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENTS, AND ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED HEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CORNERWORLD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THIS SITE, ITS CONTENTS, OR ANY SITES LINKED TO OR FROM THE SITE, AND DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CornerWorld, Express Yourself, and CornerWorld Corporation are trademarks, service marks, slogans, domain names and trade names of CornerWorld (collectively, the "Marks"). All rights and title in and to the Marks shall remain the sole property of CornerWorld. All other marks, slogans and product names appearing on the Site or in the content are owned by their respective owners. Nothing herein shall be deemed to give You any rights to use the Marks or the marks of others. The copying redistribution, use or publication by user of any such content or any part of The Site is prohibited.

Governing Law; & Consent to Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Your use of the Site shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You further agree to be subject to personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas, including, without limitation, the United Stated District Court for the Northern District of Texas, regardless of your current or future residency or domicile status.

Effective Date and Changes

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are effective as of September 20, 2006. CornerWorld reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice to this page. Your continued use of the Site following our posting of a change notice will constitute binding acceptance of those changes. The following terms and conditions set forth the agreement under which CornerWorld Corporation ("CornerWorld," "We" or "Us") will allow you ("You" or "Your") to access and utilize the CornerWorld site currently located at cornerworld.com (the "Site"). You agree to read carefully the following terms and conditions before clicking the "I Accept" button below. Continued access to or use of the Site by You constitutes Your agreement to be bound by such terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by CornerWorld from time to time (as outlined below). If You do not agree to be bound by all terms and conditions herein, please do not click on "I Accept" below and You are not authorized to further access or otherwise use the Site. If at any time You no longer agree to be bound by the then-current terms and conditions of the Site, You are instructed to immediately cease any access to or use of the Site.

CornerWorld Privacy Promise

CornerWorld, which owns the aggregated information collected from the site, wants to make your online experience safe and satisfying. This Privacy Policy, which will be updated as necessary at this page, explains how we do this. Our data-collection policies allow you to control how much information you give us, as well as how we use that information. Most importantly, we allow you to update and/or change the information that we have collected.

You can do a lot to protect your own privacy. Please remember that any information that is disclosed on your public profile page, such as your Display Name or the name of a shared or posted blog, becomes public information. What we collect, and why

CornerWorld collects both "personal information" and "aggregate information" from our users. Personal information is user-specific and includes information collected on the Registration page: your name and e-mail address, a password, and your ZIP Code. This information is used to identify you as a registered user and protect the contents of your user account. As CornerWorld allows you to organize and distribute your content, we may also track your choices and preferences based on the contents of your favorites and content uploaded. This information may be used to provide you with special information and promotional offers according to your specific tastes. In addition, we collect so-called "third-party personally identifiable information," such as the e-mail addresses of people who have been invited by you to join CornerWorld and/or your Friends lists. Rest assured that we will never disclose your personal information, or that of an e-mail recipient, to third parties without your prior approval unless required by law. Moreover, if you authorize us to share personal information such as your e-mail address with our partners, you will always have the ability to "opt out" of receiving solicitations or other communications from those partners or CornerWorld. To opt out, simply go to the "My Control Panel" page and change your preferences.

CornerWorld also collects aggregate information, which is a generalized accumulation of data derived from users of our service. Examples might include the number of users who requested a certain song, contents of your user account, and search queries. We verify these numbers by logging IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, browser type, domain names, and access times. We also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Some aggregate information is gathered in this process, but never personal information. The other generalized data will not contain personal information about you. We use this data to improve the user's experience on our Web site, and we share it with our partners to help all of us identify the interests and needs of those we serve.

There is certain personal information CornerWorld will require in order to process your request to open a member account. We will ask you for your e-mail address and password, for example, to confirm you as a registered user and to send you information about changes in service offered at CornerWorld and our partners' sites. We also ask for your zip code in order to provide you with information specific to your geographic area such as concert alerts. At other times we may request additional personal information, which you will have the option to furnish. For example, we may also ask you questions about your interests, favorite bands and hobbies in order to create a user profile for you and allow us to send you information that may be of interest to you. Keep in mind, however, that if you choose not to share requested information with us, we may not be able to provide you with some of the services that are dependent upon the collection of such information.

A word about "cookies:" To activate the features available at CornerWorld, we will assign to your Internet browser a unique ID number stored in a file, beyond the time of the session, on your computer. This file is called a cookie. Cookies are required to use CornerWorld.

Cookies by themselves cannot be used to find out the identity of any user. Instead, a cookie introduces your browser to our computers. When you visit CornerWorld, the cookie shakes hands, if you will, with our computer and says "Hi there, I'm #544. Remember me?" We do remember you, which is how your personalized data—such as saved passwords—are generated for you and you alone.

Other parts of our site that use cookies are the advertisements. We use an outside ad company to display ads on our site. Cookies received with banner ads are collected by our ad company and we do not have access to this information. Some of the customer data garnered from these cookies is shared with the advertising companies on an aggregate basis only.

Finally, we also use your Internet Protocol address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Some aggregate information is gathered in this process, but never personal information.

Your options

CornerWorld provides users the opportunity on the Registration Page to control the content and frequency of communications from us and certain of our partners. To do this, go to your "My Control Panel" page, check or uncheck as many of the "Subscribe" boxes as you wish, set the frequency of the e-mails you have selected, type in your password to authenticate the changes, and then click "Submit." We also permit users to close their account or to discontinue our service. To close your account, send e-mail to customercare@cornerworld.com (be sure to send it from the e-mail address associated with your account, and please tell us why so that we can improve our service).

If at some point in the future there is a change to our information usage practices that affect your personal information, we will notify you, the registered user, by way of an e-mail of material changes affecting your personally identifiable information. At the time of this message, you will be able to opt-out of this information usage by changing your preferences on the My Settings page as described above. How we assure security

CornerWorld assures security in three ways. 1. Our data network is protected by industry-standard firewall systems. Internal security reviews are made on a regular basis, and third-party audits are conducted to further ensure data confidentiality. 2. Only authorized CornerWorld personnel have access to the data network, which is accessible by password only. 3. Last but not least, CornerWorld employees are regularly updated about our security policies and practices so that all employees share a commitment to customer privacy.
